Katya Homm Properties LLC is a real estate company that was created in February 2022.
After working with one of the biggest international real estate franchise for 8 years, Katya decided to create her own real estate company.
Here, Katya, the owner and broker, along with her team of real estate professionals, marketing, administration, and legal, are working together to provide you the most honest, and efficient real estate service in the Banderas Bay.
Who is Katya Homm?
Katya was born in Hungary, she has a degree in Economics, and speaks fluent English, Spanish, German and Hungarian. She has been working in real estate since 2015 as a certified real estate agent and a member of A.M.P.I. since 2015. She worked at Coldwell Banker for eight years and had been the top listing agent and top producer for years.
Katya opened her own brokerage, Katya Homm Properties in 2022.
