Katya Homm Properties LLC is a real estate company that was created in February 2022.
Katya, after working with one of the biggest international real estate franchise for 8 years has decided to create her own real estate company: Katya Homm Properties.
Here, Katya, the owner and broker, Jorge Araguez, a real estate professional, a full administration,and legal team are working together to provide you the most honest, and efficient real estate service in the Banderas Bay.
Who is Katya Homm?
Katya was born in Hungary, she has a degree in Economics, she speaks fluent English, Spanish, German and Hungarian. She has been working in real estate since 2015 as a certified real estate agent and a member of A.M.P.I. since 2015. She worked fro Coldwell Banker for eight years and had been the top listing agent and top producer for years.
Katya opened her own brokerage, Katya Homm Properties in 2022.
Katya knows all the ins and outs, and would love to talk to you, learn about your real estate wants & needs and help you find exactly what you are looking for.
