One of my top picks is Tres Piatti, a charming little spot that truly captures the essence of Southern Italian cuisine. It’s a cozy place where everything is handmade, and you can taste the love in every bite. My go-to dishes here are the Fettuccine Frutti di Mare, packed with fresh seafood, and the Cappe Sante. I also adore the Caprese de Montagne – it’s simple yet full of flavor. If you’re a seafood lover like me, you will love this place!

2. Archie’s Wok

Archie’s Wok has been a beloved restaurant in Puerto Vallarta for years, and it’s easy to see why it remains one of my favorites. The Asian-fusion menu is creative and consistently delicious. I’m especially fond of the Spicy Shrimp and Coconut Soup – it’s the perfect blend of heat and comfort. The Drunken Noodles are always a hit, and the Lasagna-Style Vegetables and Tofu offers a unique twist on traditional flavors. Every visit to Archie’s Wok feels like a treat, and it’s a spot I always recommend.

Daiquiri Dick’s holds a special place in my heart. I’ve been coming here since I arrived in Puerto Vallarta, and even with a few changes over the years, it’s still one of my all-time favorites. Whether I’m here for a beachside lunch or a relaxing dinner, the food never disappoints. My top picks are the Pulpo Zarandeado, which is grilled to perfection, the classic Caesar Salad, and the Birria Short Rib Tacos. And of course, their cocktails are delicious! If you’re looking for a spot with great food and a relaxing environment, Daiquiri Dick’s is it.

4. IL Pesce

IL Pesce is another gem that I can’t recommend enough. It’s a small, intimate place with just about 10 tables, making it perfect for a cozy dining experience. Carlos, the owner, ensures that every detail – from the food to the atmosphere – is just right. It’s definitely one of my favorite spots when I’m in the mood for something truly special.
