This area is experiencing the same growth phenomenon as Olas Altas and the Zona Romantica did since 2013 with all the pre constructions going on. 5 de Diciembre is famous for its hilly location¡, cable stone roads and spectacular views of the ocean. Its located just a few blocks from the Malecon and its an area that as Gringo Gulch did, still conserves the Vallarta Style with the Mexican pueblo feeling and pace of life, surrounded by taquerias, bars, small markets and little shops.
