North Shore Real Estate
The north shore or Zona Norte is a more undeveloped area, it has more of the Mexican traditional fishing village that has been experiencing some growth in the past several years. Between Bucerías and La Cruz, you will find several beach front condominiums and properties still available to purchase and high-end resorts like St. Regis and the Four Seasons located more to the north by Punta Mita. This area is less touristy, there is almost no night life and is a quieter and more secluded, great are for retired couples or to live in a more family oriented lifestyle
North Shore
Nuevo Vallarta
Only a 15 to 20 minute drive from the airport, this area is what you might expect in the US, perfect landscaped streets with biking roads, super organized, amazing golf courses.
Nuevo Vallarta is in the boarder between the states of Jalisco and Nayarit and where the ocean changes color. this is where you go looking for a long walk on white sandy beaches all the way to la Cruz de Huanacaxtle This is where you find beach front condominiums and has a completely different vibe and energy.
Bucerias
Four years ago Bucerías was just a fishing Village that as many areas in Pv experienced insane growth.
Today, Bucerías it is full of high end condominiums and projects. The most amazing part to me is that it still preserves The Mexican charm. With local restaurants with amazing fresh food, lots of arts and crafts stores and much more. Some say that Bucerías is as Puerto Vallarta was in the 1960’s.
La Cruz de Huanacaxtle
La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, was a tiny fishing village famous for its Spectacular Sunday Fish Market surrounded by an amazing Mercado de Artesanías, has a nice marina. Just a very sweet Mexican Fishing Village.
